Our Story
Mister Fish is a family owned and operated restaurant since opening in 1968 by David Lee and Geneva Martin. Best known for their famous Mister Fish sandwiches and freshly prepared dinners, it continues to be a local favorite.
Now their daughter, a born-and-raised Lakelander, Michele Christman, continues the family legacy while blending the same fresh and delicious ingredients that were used when she helped out as a little girl. Even after 40 years, Mister Fish takes pride in delivering great and consistent quality to their loyal customers, whether they are familiar or new catches. Mister Fish strives to serve a family environment and the best homemade food around. Whether it’s homemade lemonade and sides, or the famously renowned fish sandwich, Mister Fish promises a mouthwatering meal every time and to reel their customers back for more.

Known to many as “Grandma Fish”, Geneva Martin is affectionately remembered and greatly missed by the loyal Mister Fish customers, employees and family. David Lee Martin, went to be with his Lord on September 6, 2015.
